CISO-Meeting University of Heidelberg

From January 19-20, the CISOs of the state of Baden-Württemberg universities and the speakers of the bwInfoSec steering committee met at the University of Heidelberg. The agenda included current security topics such as multifactor authentication, security information and event management (SIEM) and secure backups. As a result of the meeting, the Multifactor Authentication Working Group was formed, which will now be used to plan the introduction of MFA at the state’s universities. As a CISO or CIO at a university in Baden-Württemberg, you are invited to participate in the working group. We look forward to hearing from you!
